Park ties record for wins by Asian-born hurler

No, the bad news is that the Pittsburgh Pirates didn’t exactly win the recent series against the division-leading Cincinnati Reds. The good news is that the two lost games were “ties” (at the end of nine innings).

Andrew McCutchen doubled home three runs with two outs in the top of the ninth to lift the Pittsburgh Pirates to a stunning 3-1 victory over the Cincinnati Reds in the finale of a three-game series at Great American Ball Park.
