The Pittsburgh Pirates optioned left-handed reliever Justin Thomas to Triple-A Indianapolis on Friday, clearing roster space for Chan Ho Park to join the team for the game against the Colorado Rockies. Park was claimed off waivers from the New York Yankees on Wednesday and arrived in Pittsburgh on Thursday night.
